How to reset your password
Provided by iMedX Support.
1. If you need to reset your password, you will need to do this via the InQuiry webpage here.
2. Once the link (in step 1 above) has opened, click on “Forgot Password?“

3. You will now be prompted to enter your Username and Client, then click “Email“. You will then receive an email with a temporary password reset code.

4. Once you have received the email, click on the link within the email to reset your password.

5. You can then create a new password (please note that passwords need to contain an uppercase, a lowercase, a number and a special character, for example ! # $ %)
